Terms of web-sale
Jamo Apparel's terms of sale shall apply to all on-line contracts for the purchase of goods by you (client) from us (the seller - Jamo Apparel), to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions which you may purport to apply under any sales offer or purchase order.
Placing an order
By placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order with us, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail.
This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and are processing it.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if the items ordered are out of stock or do not satisfy our quality control standards.

Prohibitions
Commit or encourage a criminal offence, transmit or distribute a virus or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene, corrupt data, infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights, or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
